H.I.I.T
HIIT, or High-Intensity Interval Training, is a type of exercise that involves alternating periods of high-intensity exercise with periods of rest or low-intensity exercise. It is often used to improve athletic performance, as well as to improve cardiovascular fitness and reduce body fat. HIIT workouts can be performed using a variety of exercises and equipment, such as running, cycling, rowing, or using bodyweight exercises. The goal of HIIT is to push the body to its maximum effort for short periods of time, followed by periods of rest or low-intensity exercise. HIIT workouts are typically intense and may not be appropriate for all individuals.
Speed and Agility training
Speed and agility training is a specific type of training that involves the use of drills and activities to improve an individual's quickness and coordination. It is often used to improve athletic performance, particularly in sports that require a high level of agility and quickness, such as basketball, soccer, and tennis. Speed and agility training may include drills such as sprints, ladder drills, and cone drills. The goal of speed and agility training is to improve the athlete's ability to change direction quickly and move their body efficiently.
Conditioning
Conditioning is a type of exercise that is used to improve physical fitness and performance. It is often used to improve athletic performance, as well as to reduce the risk of injury and improve overall health and fitness. Conditioning exercises may include activities such as running, cycling, and rowing, which are designed to improve cardiovascular endurance and overall fitness. Conditioning exercises may be performed in a variety of ways, such as through circuit training, interval training, or continuous training.
Plyometric training

It is often used to improve performance in sports and other activities that require quick, powerful movements, such as jumping and sprinting. Plyometric exercises may include activities such as jump squats, bounding, and box jumps.
BFR Training
Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFRT) is a technique that combines low-intensity exercise with blood flow occlusion, while producing similar strength gains traditionally associated with high-intensity training. Whether you are dealing with pain from an injury (acute or chronic), or are in the off-season of your highly demanding, unvarying sports training—BFR training can produce increased strength and muscle size while decreasing the overload that persistent, high-intensity strength training can put on your joints and soft tissues.
